A simple recipe for potato cream soup

You will need
  • - potatoes - 10 pcs.
  • - water - 750 ml
  • - Fatty cream - 4-5 tbsp.
  • - salt, pepper, nutmeg, herbs - to taste
Clean potatoes thoroughly with a brush and rinse thoroughly under running water. The potatoes prepared in this way are cut into random pieces and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom or cauldron.
Next, you need to pour the potatoes with hot water, put on the stove and cook over medium heat until soft. Potatoes should become not just soft, but even slightly boil soft.
Hot potatoes along with the liquid in which it is boiled must be rubbed with the help of an immersion blender. Then in the mashed potatoes add very fatty and thick cream, it is better to use the so-called bazaar sour cream for this purpose. Only this sour cream should be very fresh, not sour. At this stage, you can add to taste salt, ground pepper, grated nutmeg. In order for the aroma of spices to be brighter and better emphasize the taste of potatoes and cream, it is better to grind the pepper with a hand mill,and nutmeg grate on a very fine grater just before use.
Now, all this mass must be thoroughly whipped with a blender or mixer for 2-3 minutes in order for the soup to acquire the consistency of a liquid cream. Next, once again put the saucepan on the fire, bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat. Soup should brew a little, about 5-10 minutes.
When serving, spill the soup into plates, sprinkle with chopped greens.
