for the test:

  1. flour 2.5 stacks.;
  2. butter 300 g;
  3. sugar 2 tbsp. l.;
  4. eggs 1 pc.

for the filling:

  1. apples 3-4 pieces;
  2. eggs 2 pieces;
  3. sour cream 1 stack.;
  4. sugar 1 stack.


The softened butter is ground into a crumb together with flour, then we add sugar and egg. We roll the dough into a bowl, put it in a bag and remove for 30 minutes in the cold. If the dough is not going to lump, pour in a spoonful of cold water.

Peel the apples, remove the seed box, cut it in half, apply a shallow net to each half.

Cooking pouring: beat eggs with sugar into a lush froth, add sour cream, beat again.

Roll out the dough into a layer, transfer it to a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with flour or semolina, cut off the excess.Put the halves of apples on the dough, pour egg-smetannoy mass.
