Blueberry Cake

Blueberry Cake with Crumbis a cake recipe.

Ingredients:

Tiny:

  1. 65 gr of flour
  2. 110 grams of brown sugar;
  3. half orange peel
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
  5. 1/4 tsp salt;
  6. 30 grams of softened butter (2 tablespoons).

Pie:

  1. 300 grams of flour;
  2. 2 tsp. baking powder;
  3. 1/2 tsp salt;
  4. 1/4 tsp soda;
  5. 150 grams of sugar;
  6. 120 gr milk;
  7. 120 grams of orange juice;
  8. 3 large eggs;
  9. 115 grams of oil;
  10. 1 tsp extract of vanilla;
  11. orange peel;
  12. 350 grams of blueberries or blueberries;
  13. 1 tsp flour.

Cooking

In a separate bowl, mix the blueberries with a teaspoon of flour and then add the berries gradually into the dough.Mix gently to avoid damaging the berries. Transfer half of the dough to cooked form. Then lay out a layer of crumbs and - the rest of the dough. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool to room temperature or serve warm.
