Buns with nut fillingis a recipe.
for the test:
- 1 kg of ordinary flour;
- 130 grams of sugar;
- 2 tsp. salt without a hill;
- 20 grams of dry yeast or 42 grams of fresh yeast;
- 500 ml of slightly warm milk;
- 150 grams of soft plums. oils;
- 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil; odorless;
- 2 eggs;
for the nut filling:
- 50 grams of plums. oils;
- 200 gr of ground nuts (any and raisins at will)
- 80 grams of sugar or to taste;
- some milk (only to dilute the filling a little);
- 1 tsp. or to taste.
In a large cup sift flour. Yeast is bred in warm milk, add sugar and vanilla, mix. Add eggs and whisk well. Pour this liquid to flour, pour salt and add soft butter, knead soft, elastic dough, cover and put it in a warm place until its volume does not increase 2 times, it may take 2 hours.
Melt the butter, add sugar, rolled up roasted nuts and stirring, add so much milk to make a thick porridge.
Roll the dough into a rectangle, put a nut filling on it, level and fold one end to the middle first, and then fold the other. Cut the dough into strips, twist them and put them on a baking sheet covered with paper for baking, grease with yolk and put in a warm place for 20 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 2000C oven.
