Cake Christmas Tree

Christmas Festive Cake- we are preparing the New Year's dessert in the form of one of the symbols of the New Year tree.


for sponge cake:

  1. 3 eggs;
  2. pinch of salt;
  3. 75 grams of sugar;
  4. 100 gr. ground almonds;
  5. 25 grams of flour;
  6. 25 grams of starch.

for decoration:

  1. 100 g white chocolate;
  2. 100 grams of pistachios.

For snow tops:

  1. 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
  2. 1 tsp. lemon juice;
  3. powdered sugar for snow.


For baking biscuits, you need paper for baking: on paper we draw circles with a diameter of 20 cm, cut them, cut them to the middle, fold the bags and fix them with paper clips. Paper bags set vertically, for example, in glasses with a diameter less than the diameter of the bags.

Separate the proteins from the yolks, beat with a pinch of salt until a firm foam,continuing to beat, add the sugar gradually. Then add the yolks. Ground almonds mix with flour and starch. Gently mix the flour mixture into the egg mass.

Fill a pastry bag with dough and fill paper buns out of it. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 1800C. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Crush pistachios. Next, melt the white chocolate in a water bath.

The cooled biscuits gently release from the paper with a sharp knife, if necessary, exactly cut off the base.

Brush grease biscuits with a thin layer of chocolate and roll in milled pistachios. Red dots-balls can be made from any jam, we can put it with the help of an ordinary medical syringe without a needle. Mix the icing sugar with lemon juice, spread the icing with a teaspoon on the top of each tree. Sprinkle Christmas trees on top with powdered sugar.

Christmas Tree Cake is ready. You can store it for about two weeks in a tightly closed container.
