What kind of vacation outside the city or at the cottage in the company and without shish kebab? But, unfortunately, it is not always possible to properly prepare and marinate meat, which would then turn out to be the most delicious shish kebab. I want to share with you the recipe of marinated meat, which I have been using for 20 years. Believe me, this shish kebab has not left anyone indifferent. Therefore, as a company, all my friends and relatives for many years trust me to harvest meat.Do not forget to prepare a bowl in which a clean and whole package will be inserted (as in the photo).The ingredients are ready, so you can get started.Next, salt (bywho loves salty taste is more salt, but you can do without it at all, because in seasonings it is also contained), sprinkled with spices.After that I squeeze out the juice of the lemon. It is important not to overdo it, otherwise the meat will then be sour. Half or even a little less should be enough for 1.5-2 kg of kebab. After everything is done, I spread the onion in rings.
IngredientsFor a delicious kebab (1.5 kg) you will need:
- Meat. Preferably take the pork neck, tk. she's with layers of fat. The fatter the meat, the shish kebab will turn out to be more juicy.
- 2-3 bulbs.
- Salt, seasonings (I take a mixture of peppers or ground black, hops-suneli,seasoning for shish kebab, sometimes I add more seasoning for meat).
- Important! Be sure to look at the composition of seasonings, tk. often they are with sodium glutamate. I am for naturalness)
- Half a lemon.
- Sparkling water. I most often take a bonaqua or aqua mineral, because they have good aeration, and a lot depends on it.
PreparationMy lemon, cut off half. I chinch onion and cut with rings. I cut the meat in fairly large pieces so that there is fat in each piece.
Cooking a shish kebabI spread a thick layer of meat to the bottom of the package (which is inserted in the bowl).
