How to become normal?

In modern living conditions, many lack peace of mind - stress, overwork, fussing around increase irritability. A person becomes not quite adequate, easily breaks down on others, quickly turns into a conversation with a smooth tone on a sharp and rough. Not surprisingly, this behavior is considered abnormal and frightening.

How to become a normal, calm and adequate person? Will require an integrated approach.

There is a problem? No problem!

Many of our experiences are not substantively substantiated and inflated from trifles. Stop and look at the situation differently, in a new way. Is it all bad? Imagine what you will feel after ten years - for sure you will already forget what bothered you so much.

There is a problem - there is a solution

Instead of worrying about others once more, make a plan - how to solve the problem. And just act. Any difficulties are just a new experience and the opportunity to become more mature and stronger.

Power of meditation

In particularly tense days, cut out 10-15 minutes in order to meditate a little. This is a great way to feel calm inside. Just sit as you like, or lie down, stretching your arms and legs, and begin to breathe deeply and slowly. Attention should be focused on breathing. Inhale-exhale, and so for 10 minutes - or more, at your discretion. It will distract you from problems, dispel anger, irritation, resentment, anxiety, and other negative emotions.

Yoga, running, swimming - choose

The most wonderful way to become calmer and more cheerful is physical activity. Yoga is similar to meditation - it allows you to work through negative emotions. It is useful to master, under the guidance of a trainer, the simplest asanas in order to practice them in everyday life. Running energize and calm the nerves. Sign up in the pool, you will get a lot of pleasant impressions and will benefit your health.

Time for yourself

At the end of each day, set aside at least half an hour - just for yourself. You deserve it. Do something that gives you pleasure and joy. For example, it could be your hobby, tea drinking with your family, a warm bath with candles, a walk before bedtime, or the same meditation. Do not neglect such minutes - and you can always keep calm.

If you really want to shout at someone, quickly take 10 deep breaths and exhalations. The ardor must fade away. Smile often, be friendly to people - it will give you more joy than being in an irritated state. Then no one will call you abnormal.
