How to cook a cake?

Despite the fact that the stalls of the pastry shops are literally bursting with an abundance of delicious pastries, a cake made with your own hands will always come first. Moreover, sometimes you want to please your loved ones.

In the article we will offer several recipes for homemade cakes.

How to cook homemade cakes

Cake "Count ruins"

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1.5 cups sifted flour;
  • 2 tsp. soda;
  • vinegar;
  • 6 tbsp. l cocoa;
  • 1/2 cans of condensed milk;
  • 30 grams of butter;
  • 900 gr sour cream of high fat content;
  • 1/2 cup peeled chopped walnuts.

Cooking

  1. Dip the soda with vinegar and add to the flour bowl.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar lightly with a fork.
  3. In the egg mixture, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and condensed milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the flour and mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into two parts.
  6. Pour one piece into a round shape and send to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Then bake the second cake on the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Next, prepare the cream: whisk the remaining sour cream with sugar with a mixer.
  9. Lubricate the round cake with a piece of cream, sprinkle with walnuts on top.
  10. The second cake should be cut into small cubes (approximately 3x3 centimeters).
  11. Spread square pieces of cake, pre-dipped in cream, on a round cake in the form of a hill.
  12. Pour the resulting gaps with cream and sprinkle the cake with nuts.
  13. Next, make the glaze: mix 4 tablespoons of cocoa, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 6 tablespoons of sugar in a small saucepan and cook the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the butter and cook for another 5 minutes.
  14. Decorate the cake with cooled icing and let it brew for 2-3 hours.

Waffle cake

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites and 1 yolk;
  • 15 grams of gelatin;
  • a pack of waffles (350 gr);
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • a bar of black chocolate;
  • 110 grams of butter;
  • 1 cup of peeled chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, etc.);
  • 100 grams of heavy cream.

Cooking

  1. First you need to make caramel icing. To do this, melt 10 grams of butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle a glass of sugar and stir, turning on the medium heat of the burner.When the sugar turns brown, remove the pan. Pour in a quarter of hot water and put on fire again. Boil the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, pour in warm cream and mix thoroughly. Boil the mixture for a minute and let cool.
  2. Finely chop one third of the wafer packs.
  3. Whisk the yolk and add to the chopped waffles and mix the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, pour in the waffle mixture and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Leave the cake to cool.
  6. Dissolve the gelatin with two tablespoons of cold water and heat gently until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  7. Beat the whites with three tablespoons of sugar into a thick foam using a mixer.
  8. In whipped whites, add the cooled caramel icing, gelatin and nuts and beat again with a mixer.
  9. Put the mass in the refrigerator for half an hour;
  10. Smear cake with stiff cream and lay out a layer of waffles. Spread the cream over and place the layer of waffles again until the ingredients run out.
  11. Melt chocolate in a water bath.
  12. Spread butter with sugar, add to chocolate and mix well.
  13. Pour chocolate cake over the cake.
  14. Put the cake in the fridge for a couple of hours.

How to make a homemade cake without baking

Marshmallow Cake

Ingredients

  • a pound of marshmallow;
  • 200 grams of dry biscuits;
  • 200 grams of butter;
  • 1 cup peeled chopped walnuts;
  • can of condensed milk.

Cooking

  1. Put condensed milk stew for 1 hour.
  2. Spread the butter and add to the boiled condensed milk.
  3. Leave a small portion of the nuts to decorate the cake, and add the rest to the condensed milk.
  4. Rub 2/3 of the biscuits and add to the cream.
  5. Divide the marshmallow into halves and place the layer on a plate.
  6. Top it with a cream and place the marshmallow layer again. Alternate layers until the ingredients run out (the last layer should be from the cream).
  7. Sprinkle the cake with the remnants of chopped cookies and nuts.
  8. Put the cake in the fridge for a couple of hours.
