Cooking fried bananas

Before you fry bananas, they need to be prepared, that is, peeled and cut into several pieces, the size of which depends on your desire. You can cut them into circles of 1-2 cm or first cut the banana into 3-4 parts across, and then cut each part along in half. Then melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar and, stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil.Sugar can be used cane or plain, to your taste. However, reed is more useful and safer for the figure. If you use regular sugar, the color of the caramel can turn from cream to brown. Burn it is not worth it, otherwise the taste will be spoiled. In the resulting boiling caramel, you must put the prepared bananas and fry them on 2 sides until golden brown.

After that, reduce the heat, pour the fried bananas with vodka or rum, and put under a lid for 5 minutes. In this case, the vodka should evaporate completely, otherwise the dish will smell like alcohol and bitter. It is worth noting that alcohol is not a crucial ingredient. If you do not want, then you can not use it. As soon as the alcohol has evaporated, it is necessary to prevent the caramel from hardening and immediately put the ready-made bananas on the plates.
