Salad "Shrimp on a snow pillow"

Ingredients Required:

  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Shrimp - 400 g
  • Salad - 1 pot

For sauce:

  • Quail eggs - 7 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - Pinch
  • 1 lime juice
  • Cilantro and dill - to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • Lime peel

Cooking:

1. First you need to grate the grated cheese.
2. Cook eggs and whiten the yolks of proteins. Also grate.
3. Egg yolks and cheese mixed in a bowl.
4. Next, boil the shrimp, add seasonings to taste and clean.
5. Now mix quail eggs with sugar, salt, mustard.We use a blender for a uniform consistency.
6. At the time of beating add vegetable oil.
7. Add lime juice, chopped herbs and ground pepper.

Ingredients Required:

Sauce:

  • Natural yoghurt - 200 g
  • Grain mustard - 3 tsp.
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking:

1. Nuts must be roasted.
2. Add honey to the nuts and mix everything. Continue to fry until caramel shade for about 13 minutes.
3. Put the nuts on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other, so that they do not stick together.
4. Next, chop the pear into slices, and break the cheese into small pieces.
5. For the sauce, mix the yoghurt, mustard and balsamic vinegar.
We lay out a salad on a plate, spread pears on top, then cheese and nuts. Next put the sauce.

Incredibly New Year's beet trees

Ingredients:

  • Small beets - 6 pcs.
  • Soft cheese - 150 g
  • Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Avocado - 1 pc.
  • 20% sour cream - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper - to taste
  • Greens - for decoration
  • Wooden skewers

Cooking:

1. Beets must be otvori until half ready. Wrap in foil and place in oven until ready. Next, cut into small circles.
2. Cheese mixed with lemon zest, chopped garlic and ground pepper.
3. Remove the pulp of the avocado with a spoon, add sour cream, ground pepper and carefully knead with a fork.

4. Putting the Christmas tree! We spread on the beets (the largest circle) a little bit of filling. Next, take a slightly smaller size and put on top and again the filling, etc.
5. Fasten the resulting Christmas tree with a skewer.
6. On the top circle of beets lay out the cream.

Liver Rice Salad

Ingredients:

  • Steamed rice - 1 tbsp.
  • Beef liver (can be chicken) - 500 g
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Canned corn - 200 g
  • Flour - for breading
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Cooking:

1. Rinse the liver with boiling water and immediately then put it in cold water. Next, remove the outer film. Cut the liver into pieces 1 cm thick, do not salt, roll in flour.
2. Fry the liver pieces in the hot pan for about a minute in butter, then turn them over.
3. After frying, put the liver on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Grate
4. Next, boil the rice and cool it.
5. Eggs divided into protein and yolk, grate separately on a fine grater.
6. On a fine grater, grate the cheese.
7. Put the salad in layers: beef liver, rice, corn, cheese, egg white and yolk. Lightly smear the liver, rice and cheese with mayonnaise.

Warm Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillet - 400 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes in uniform - 4 pcs.
  • Apples are green - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • A mixture of lettuce leaves
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Salt - to taste

Sauce:

  • Thick natural yogurt - 300 g
  • Cilantro - 1 bundle
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Honey - 2 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper mix - to taste

Cooking:

1. Chicken fillet cut lengthwise into thin layers, and then cut into long strips. Do not salt.
2. In a frying pan, heat oil, lay out each strip, giving it different shapes.Fry on each side until golden brown. Put the chicken on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Lightly salt.
3. Finely chop onion, fry until golden and mix with chicken.
4. Remove apples from the core and cut into cubes. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
5. Cut potatoes into cubes.
6. Mix chicken, potatoes, apples and add crushed garlic.
7. For the sauce, mix yogurt, lemon juice, chopped greens, ground pepper and honey.
8. Put a handful of lettuce leaves in a serving plate.
9. Before serving, warm the chicken mixture well in a skillet without oil over medium heat and place in a plate. Sauce to serve separately.
