Spicy Green Tomatoes

You will need
  • - 3 kg of green tomatoes (you can take a little brown),
  • - 2-3 sprigs of celery,
  • - 2 heads of garlic
  • - 3 sweet peppers,
  • - 2 onions,
  • - 1 small hot pepper,
  • - allspice peas,
  • - 3 liters of water
  • - 150 grams of salt.
Wash tomatoes and cut into slices, remove seeds from sweet pepper and cut into strips. Peel the garlic, if the cloves are large, chopped. Onion cut into half rings. Mix vegetables in one container and put in clean sterilized jars.
Prepare the brine: boil water, add salt, celery, hot pepper. Bring to a boil and boil for 5-7 minutes. Need to adjust the amount of pepper in the preparation of brine.
Pour the jars with ready, still hot brine, cover with lids and sterilize for 10-12 minutes. Then roll up the tomatoes and store.
It turns out a light, sour-and-spicy salad, which is not a sin to file for a holiday.
