What do you need:

800 g of peeled squid;

 

500 grams of potatoes;

 

500 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice;

 

150-200 grams of olives;

 

1 medium bunch of parsley;

 

2 cloves of garlic;

 

1 tsp dried basil;

 

150 ml of white dry wine;

 

olive oil;

 

salt;

 

black pepper;

 

Cook calamari stew with potatoes and tomatoes

 

 

Squids cut into medium pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, save the juice. Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan and fry the squids with garlic, 5 min. Add wine, bring to a boil.
